Hello,
I have bought my very first MacBook. And after antivirus installation I have noticed "bash" in "Full disk access" tab together with my newly installed antivirus app. Can someone explain what is that? And should I be concerned about it?

You should be concerned that you installed a third party anti virus app. Uninstall the anti virus app it is not needed and is using system resources while providing no benefit. It may also cause problems and interfere with your Mac's performance.
bash is the terminal shell.
