Restore Recovered Apple Watch

I accidentally erased my sister’s Apple Watch and then un-paired it from her Apple ID. How can I restore it?

Unpair and erase Apple Watch I have just unpaired older Apple Watch, and paired my new Apple Watch. Old watch now says "Pair with an iPhone". Can I assume that the Watch is erased, or is it unpaired but contents still there?

Paired Apple Watch Can I reset my watch without erasing everything? I’m trying to unpair my watch from my old phone but my old phone is damaged so I can’t get into it to unpair my watch.
