Blury screen when using search

When I am trying to use the search function on my iPhone 8, the screen gets ”blury” and it is almost impossible to see anything. I have provided a screen dump, below.a

Have you tried a "forced" restart of your 8?:--> Force restart iPhone – Apple Support
