There is no easy way to transfer data between an Android device and an iPad. You will find it easier to transfer the data from your Android device to a Macintosh or Windows PC then using that computer to transfer the data to your iPad.
Try finding a video/image transfer app for Android that has a iOS equivalent that you can use between these two devices.
Something like this.

This is not the only image/video transfer app available for Android and iOS, but this is the app I use on both my Mac/iPad/iPod/Android phone.
