There is no easy way to transfer data between an Android device and an iPad. You will find it easier to transfer the data from your Android device to a Macintosh or Windows PC then using that computer to transfer the data to your iPad.
Trying to transfer some videos from phone to iPad
Try finding a video/image transfer app for Android that has a iOS equivalent that you can use between these two devices.
