How do I report a scam phone call callback number?

I got an obvious scam call saying my iCloud account has been compromised and that I should press 1 to speak to someone or call 718-307-1**9.

It seems that Apple should at a minimum be able to get that number disconnected or, better, replaced with a message saying that it was a scam call that pointed you to this number (and perhaps pointing to a “how to avoid scams” info page).

But I do not know how to tell Apple about this. If it were an email I could send it to reportphishing@apple.com but for some reason there is no matching “reportscamcall” address.
