I bought a used iphone 6s. How can I be sure it is safe and really cleaned out.

Iphone information Hi. Id like to know is there another way to know if an iPhone is clean before buying it if the lcd is dead? Its a second hand iphone xr and the seller says the lcd is dead. Any tips?

If the previous owner has completed the steps below, it is “cleaned out”.
