apple tv won't stream my library

Ensure Home Sharing is turned on in the Apple TV and the computer. Also ensure both devices are on the same network. Finally once you have ensure you have done both steps, restart the computer and then restart the Apple TV and test.

Please call AppleCare, everything works perfectly on my system.

Please re-do the steps in the order I suggested above. However first, I would also re-start your network to ensure that variable is not creating the issue.
