I cannot see Desktop and Documents under the options for iCloud Drive

I am using IOS 10.11.6 so I'm not sure it's supported but would like my documents to be automatically uploaded/synced to iCloud drive.

When I go to Settings-->iCloud-->iCloud Drive Options, I do not see desktop or documents. I only see Automator, Preview, QuickTime Player, Script Editor, TextEdit, Photos Agent, iBooks, Mail, Reminders, & Weather.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
