I have done what you're telling everyone to do. I was on the phone with Apple Support for more than 5 hours and sat at the Genius bar for more that 2 hours for them to basically tell me I have 2 options: 1. Live without being able to sync due to it looks like the problem is with your backup or 2. Start from new on your phone, which means all Game Center Data and other data gathered over the years will be gone forever. I find this, unacceptable. Apple knows this is an issue since I have seen many threads on syncing problems with the iPhone 11 Pro's and MacOS Catalina. Since they got rid of iTunes we have problems with syncing. I did notice that it works only if you do either, all your music/videos/photos or nothing at all. This is too, UNACCEPTABLE. Apple is a multi-billion dollar company that needs to do better testing of their products and/or services. I work in the IT field and before you push any new product/service you test throughly.
