Does the Caldigit TB3 mini dock work with the new 16" macbook pro?

I have a new 16" macbook pro on the way.

I want to connect 2 1080p HDMI monitors, a BOSE USB, and a hub for keyboard and mouse.

The only docking station listed here for this laptop is the Belkin TB 3 Express dock for $300.

Another dock is the Caldigit TS3 Plus at $250.

Are the Caldigit units really not compatible with the new macbook?

Does anyone have the new 16" connected to two monitors with the Caldigit mini dock?
