Text Message scam

I am receiving a text message on my iPhone from an unknown source stating my debit card has been temporarily locked. I’ve received it twice now. I have verified with my ** it is not. I realize this is a scam. What should I do? This forum will not allow me to paste a screenshot.

Hack Sunday I got a text saying my phone was compromised with Trojan virus. I was Contacted by PenFed credit card which I had attached to my Apple Pay they had a suspicious charge out of state and they denied charge so we’ve shut that credit card down I don’t know what to do next ....help!

Scam Text Message Hello, I just received a text from "UPS" saying I needed to pay my invoice from my apple product I just purchased (I just purchased one so I clicked :(). It brought me to a blank page. I closed my browser and cleared my history and deleted the text. Have I compromised my phone? I do have the newest OS, am I ok??
