White text on white background. iPhone XR
I cannot see what I type until I post. You can see "suggestions" to help my spelling, but you cannot see the actual words. :( It would be nice if I could force the iPhone to use black text.

Are you seeing this behavior in any other apps, or just Facebook?
Are you using any display accommodations? You can check that out in Settings > Accessibility > Display & Text Size
Are you using Dark mode? If so, does this persist if you change to light? You can do that in Settings > Display & Brightness
