everytime i try and update my apps or download anything the app store says my account has been disabled.

what do i do i have tried contacting apple support and every time it seems like they dont know what to do either im not sure what is going on but its been like this for almost 6 months and i just cannot take it anymore.

Have you tried  iTunes Support? Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
