Kernel Panic on Catalina OS and brand new MacBook Pro 16

Can someone help me understand that is causing the kernel Panic. I do have Office, Parallels, some other network monitoring tools. I just bought this new MacBook Pro to get away from the Kernel Issues I was having on an IMAC, but now it seems to be happening again. Any help or suggestions would be welcomed.

Thank you,

When you have, as reported, exactly one bit changed is something that is not supposed to be changing, you cannot rule out RAM memory problems.
