Instant transfers on apple pay

when ever I try to do an instant transfer it asks me to add a card when I already have my card put in, when I re-enter the card it says I already have one entered but still refuses to let me make the transfer or select that card to do so.

Apple Pay is the worst Why does Apple Pay offer instant transfer yet can’t even let me add a card and before its asked yes I have great internet connection and OS 13 so that is not the issue the issue is Apple Pay saying add a card only to tell me it’s already in my wallet if it’s already in there then why can’t I instant transfer.

Instant transfer requires a Visa debit.
