Since updating to Catalina, I'm having problems uploading photos to Etsy via Safari.
iMac 21.5", macOS 10.15
Where is your library located? If on an external HD how is the drive formatted and connected to your Mac?
How long did you let the loading proceed?
Is the library designated the System Photo Library in Photos' general preference pane?
Do you have "Optimize System Storage" enabled?
You don't want Optimize Mac Storage enabled. That would require you to down load the full sized version before you could use that image for a project, print, mail or upload to a website.
If you don't know where to enable it it probably is not enabled. It's done in Photos iCloud preference pane
Again, you don't want to enable it if it isn't already.
After I attempt to upload photos to Etsy, from Photos, the insert dialog box disappears. Has there been an update, fix, resolution, or workaround issued for Catalina OS yet? I'm currently having to do this from my phone. I appreciate your help with this.
