Thank you but I tried all of the suggested ideas but having problem with Time Machine. If I read it correctly, it says to click on Time Machine then something else isn’t an option for me. What do you think that I am doing wrong? I appreciate any help
We have been cross posting. Have you been making regular backups with Time Machine?
Try the following:
Now you will see the Star Wars display with a time line at the right of your window. Go back in time to the time, when you still had the photos.
Select the Photos Library in the Finder Window, ctrl-click it, and use the command "Restore to". Do not overwrite your current Photos Library.

If you already emptied the Recently Deleted album, you will have to recover the photos from your backup. If you have a TimeMachine backup, you can restore the Photos Library from your Time Machine backup, as described here: Restore a library from Time Machine in Photos on Mac - Apple Support

Did you find the Time Machine.app in your Applications folder?
Does Time Machine show the Time Tunnel like in my screenshot, when you launch Time Machine? It will only work, if you have been using Time Machine to create regular backups, and the volume with the Time Machine backups is connected.
Try the following:
I tried it again and finally found "Quit Photos" but Time Machine does not show repair but two photos.
Tried it but....Needless to say, I am ticked off! Thanks to all for your hep.
SUCCESS! Thank you for the visual - I am so happy!
Great! I am glad you got your pictures back.
