Microphone icon beside the time on the top left of my iPhone

There is a microphone icon on the top left of my iPhone X that appeared yesterday. Any idea what is this and how to remove it

I see you have a question about the microphone icon showing in the status bar on your iPhone. I'd be happy to help.

It appears that you have Voice Control enabled on your iPhone. Please see this support article for assistance with turning this off.
