When I'm using iPhone personal hotspot I can't use BT phones

It seems that my personal hotspot internet connection is down when I try to listen music through my BT phones (on my Mac). I can't pair two devices at one time?

MacBook Pro 15”, macOS 10.15

Hello UsusOne,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities! I see you're having an issue with using a Personal Hotspot and Bluetooth headphones, and I'd like to do what I can to help.

Are you connecting to your Personal Hotspot with Bluetooth? If so, you might want to connect via Wi-Fi or USB instead, as shown here: How to set up a Personal Hotspot on your iPhone or iPad

You can also check this article if you can't connect via Wi-Fi or USB: If Personal Hotspot is not working on your iPhone or iPad (Wi-Fi + Cellular)

Take care!

The problem is that I already connected my devices through iCloud and It seems that I have nothing to say about connection options. When I hit Wifi icon at the top I can see my iPhone and iPad as personal hotspots but even if they are with in 50-100 cm range from my MacBook it's very hard to connect. The error message is rather lame "Check to see if devices is on ... " And even if I connect successfully I can not use bt phones from beta (So you see everything is from Apple sanctuary)
