adobe photoshop elements version 9 upgrade?

Anyone heard anything about adobe photoshop elements version 9 32 to 64 bit upgrade for Mac?

iMac 21.5", macOS 10.15

Adobe will sell you Photoshop Elements 2020 which is a 64-bit solution for Catalina. PSE9 is ancient, and the only upgrade from 32-bit to 64-bit would be the first sentence.

PS Elements 2020 is the only (and latest) version supported in Catalina.
