2 Audio Outputs at Same Time

With Apple TV how can you listen to 2 audio outputs at same time? I would like to listen to my Bose Hear phones connected via blue tooth and wife listen through builtin tv speakers. Under setting, audio output for Apple I only have choice of HDMI or Bluetooth. When Hear Phones connected via blue tooth tv speakers go off. When tv speakers on blue tooth off. Is there a spliter or adapter to resolve this issue? I think a lot of people who connect hearing aid devices may similar issues.

You can have multiple audio outputs, but from my experience, with the Apple TV you can't mix bluetooth and any other output without some sort of splitter or multi-stream bluetooth adapter. It's possible to mix Airplay speakers and the built-in HDMI output together, but once bluetooth is in the mix, all other output is cut off. This is independent of options available through an AV amplifier or TV connected to the HDMI.
