Watch not responding to touch
I didn't use my Apple Watch for about a week, and left it charging the whole time. When I went back to log in using my passcode, it didn't recognize my touch! I can't click anything!

See if it actually charged. If so....Reset your Watch by pressing in the crown and side button until you see the Apple logo, then release both.
