Reset Apple Wireless Keyboard (2009) to Factory Default Settings on a Windows PC.

I have an old Apple Wireless Keyboard from 2009 that I’d like to factory reset, but all the tutorials online are for Mac computers, and I don’t own any. Is there any way on Windows or should I just buy a different keyboard instead of using this one? (Note: I would like to keep this one, as I like Apple Keyboards, but do not want to spend lots of money on the latest one.)

Edit: Nobody has posted but I realized something I left out. This is so I can set the name to a new name (this is a secondhand keyboard and has a different name on it) and if I change it in Windows, it only changes the name for that device, and every other device still reads it with the same name.

Windows, Windows 10
