I bought a product on Skype - calls around the world without restrictions. but there were no countries I needed, I wrote to technical support, but they could not return me, because I bought through you. they gave me your coordinates. I ask you to return my money 16.49 euros on November 22 for a service that I did not receive and did not use. thanks. Sincerely, Natalia

You did not buy it through us, you know that these are user forums and that we are just fellow users.


Purchases are considered final as you know, but you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund you as a one-off : http://reportaproblem.apple.com


Or you can try contacting iTunes Support via : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on ‘Get Support’)
