I see that you're not seeing the NFC option in your settings for Shortcuts. I'd be happy to help with this.
Take a look at the following articles to help with setting triggers and using Shortcuts on your device. Keep in mind that not all devices support NFC. Which iPhone and version of software are you using? Have you been able to see this option on this iPhone before?
