iPhone XS Max only showing FaceTime in recents

My iPhone XS Max yesterday just started showing only FaceTime calls in my recent calls... all the way back to 2016!!!! I need my recent calls! It SEEMS to be updating correctly now but still isn’t showing any recent calls from prior to yesterday evening when I realized there was a problem.

I can’t receive FaceTime calls I can not receive FaceTime calls. My iPhone is updated to latest version. I’ve combed through settings. How do I fix this?

I can still receive Facetime call when Do Not Disturb is on. IOS 16.0.2. Do Not Disturb (or Sleep or anything else) is on. I can receive Facetime call from others, while "app allowed" for notification is empty.
