Closed MacBook Pro 16" waking up

Hello,

my new 16" mid tier MBPr is constantly waking up on its own. It can be in a backpack or closed on a table, it does it in any circumstance.

I turned off App nap for both battery power and charger.

The most notorious log event is this in systen.log.

And a couple ones from "Mac analytics data" in the left Console.app sidebar.

These are logs I can provide data from.

Could anyone pease help me understand these log messages? I googled it but I am not skilled enough to deal with it on my own.
