MacBook Pro constantly Wakes Up from sleep with no apparent interventions

In the past few months my MacBook Pro constantly wakes up (while the lid is closed or even open) with no interventions after I manually put it to sleep. When I open the lid in the morning, it is warm which is alarming for me when it is running with closed lid.

Any solution???

Thank you all in advance!

Hello sasan50,

We see that you need help with sleep on your Mac.

To get started, do you have Power Nap enabled? You can learn about power nap, how it works, and how to turn it off here: What is Power Nap on Mac?

If your mac is getting warm, be sure to follow the "Tips to manage the operating temperature" here: Keep your Mac notebook within acceptable operating temperatures

Cheers!
