With my new iMac none of my passwords auto fill various on-line sites. I click the "save" button in the drop down menus, but next time I return to the site I again must manually enter my ID and password. What settings have I missed?

Thank you, I use Chrome as my browser, but the same principal applies, and it solved my problem.
