My itunes account has been locked permanently

I bought an itunes gift card 100swiss frank(~100$)

redeemed it and when i try to use it for in-app purchase i had a error message "Your purchase could not be completed contact support"

So i have contacted apple support to help me out but instead i recieved a phone call from apple support saying that my account has been locked permanently so i cant use my 100swiss frank.

i am the owner of the account and i have the reciept of the gift card that i bought from store.

Im asking is there any way to reverse the locked account?

if not im just giving example to fellow users that support system is not promising, i dont know the exact reason why they lock my account permanently

contacted more than 10 apple supports in 4days.

worst thing is they said account locked because: its a fraud.

i created new account for switzerland region to be able to redeem a 100chf(swiss frank) gift card

Assuming you live in Switzerland (obviously you have to live in a country to use its store), contact iTunes Support there again
