I try to redeem a apple gift card and it keeps saying "invalid card". And after retry several times, my account is disabled by the itune and all my balance in the account is locked.
As a consequence, I lost more $1600 in my account. It is so ridiculous

I did and they said they can't do anything to enable my account since it is permentaly disabled. The most ridiculous thing is why I need to pay for Apple's fault, Apple sells an "invalid card" which cause the whole problem
