My Apple ID is disabled and it doesn’t take any cards

I keep trying to add my card and it says it’s not eligible and my Apple ID is blocked

If the message states that your Apple ID is disabled for security reasons see the instructions in: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204106


If it states that your account is disabled in the App Store and iTunes, contact Apple support. See the instructions in: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208856
