Hello. I have a problem with my iphone. My appleid has been disabled because of an issue with the credit card. I want to activate it but i cant

If it is disabled in the App Store/iTunes, see the Apple Support article(s) below. 


If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support.
