I never got my free one year service Apple TV+

On the first day of the service opening I signed up with my new iPhone 11 Pro but the service was not working so I cancelled and then retried and then got charged. Is there any way that I can get my money back and get the free one year subscription like apple promised? It's very frustrating.

I would never have had this problem if Apple TV+ worked in the first place but it didn't. I feel very cheated. When I signed up for it, all I got was a blank screen! This went on for three days, so I eventually cancelled and signed up again and low and behold once I had paid a one month subscription, it suddenly worked. Very suspicious!

I have been using the service regularly and as part of my vigorous testing have not encountered any problems, and while there are issues out there they are not widespread. If you were having such problems then you could have come here at that time to seek help or contacted Apple support, cancelling a service to sort out an issue is not a proper course of action and those terms would be pretty standard so expecting otherwise would be unrealistic.
