Iphone 11 pro camera quality and focus is too bad

Before you do anything, make sure the both camera lenses on your iPhone 11 are clean. You can do this by using a microfiber cloth. See if this helps.

First, HARD RESTART your iPhone. This solves common software issues. You can do this by pressing down on the POWER (right side) and VOLUME UP (left side, top bottom) at the same time. It will restart your iPhone. Things should work.

Did you try to take this photo in a dark room, with no additional light except that television? It would seem to me that this was taken in Night Mode, which has a longer shutter speed, which can create a blurred vision on things that are in motion when the photo is being taken.
