VO2 Max - Not Recording for Cycling

My VO2 Max is not recording when I am doing my indoor cycling. It did work back a few months ago when I was running outside. For the indoor cycling, I am riding a Peloton and my workouts exceed 30 mins. Under data sources and access, the first two options are grayed out and then under sources it has 6 versions of Apple Watch listed. I included a screenshot here as well.

Vo2max is only recorded whilst doing a strenuous outdoor walk or run not indoor workouts. This why when you recalibrate your watch it tells you to do an outdoor walk or run for at least 20 minutes.
