Well I tried again and hooked up to iTunes through Microsoft and I pressed restore and update, because it doesn’t give me an option to just restore. I press it to start the restore and update then nothing happens and a screen pops up and says I need to enter a password because iTunes could not connect. Where do I put in the password? I can’t do it on the iPad. I then exit out of that screen and it says it doesn’t recognize my device.
