can i download and install the apple tv app on Windows 10 laptop

I have Apple tv + and want to watch it on my HP Stream, operating system Windows 10. I haven't been able to find the app to download. Please advise.

I continued researching how to watch Apple TV+ on a Windows 10 machine and I found out I need to use iTunes for Windows.

I'll try that and come back to the community if I run into trouble.
