How to change IOS version to previous version

Hey community. I wanted to know how yo change IOS version back to the previous one. Some apps have been having issues which connects to the whole IOS 13 version having issues so when I contacted the app support, they told me to take my IOS version back to 12. How do I do that. I’ll be waiting patiently for your reply ;)
