Thank you leroydouglas. Holy cow, this is going to require a lot of time! I do not have that kind of time available to me now but will try to work it in and do these steps a little at a time and in increments. Bottom of article says, again, to run Malwarebytes. As I said, I have done that and the app failed to find Clickserve or any other problems. It said my computer was clean. Your article had a link at the end to click to 'look for other problems'. When I clicked on that link, here's what I got:

Oops, the page can't be found

And so on and on it goes. I will most likely not be able to deal with this until after Christmas. My days are maxed out.
