Contacts

My moms contacts seem to have synced with mine. For example, my contact for my dad used to be dad but now it’s what my mom has in her contacts for him. My moms contacts have stayed the same. I realized this today and I don’t think it was like that this morning. I don’t know what I did, and I don’t know if anything else has changed

Contacts are neither stored locally on an iPhone nor in SIM. They are synced to an email account that you had Google, iCloud, AOL, Exchange, Outlook, Yahoo or any Other

How many Contacts account (email client server) you have added on your iPhone?

There are no four contact list as described by you. "theres mine, my moms, iCloud, and gmail."

There are only two it is either iCloud or Gmail.

On a web browser log into https://www.icloud.com with your apple id credentials and check what is there under Contacts and similarly check gmail contacts on a web browser.

There are no separate contacts on an iPhone.

theres mine, my moms, iCloud, and gmail. Do you know which one it would be? If I click on one will it be instantly changed to the new contacts or take a few minutes?
