windows 10 drivers

I have connected an Apple Cinema Display to my Surface Pro Dock using the Mini HDMI and USB leads.

4 "Other" devices are detected

Display iSight (with error)

MAP MAS-iOS

Wireless iAP

Wireless iAP v2

The Display is also slightly dim.

Are there any drivers or tools I can download?
