iphone xr 128 dual sim audio fave time

I have a dual SIM iphone XR mobile, it seems the device is manufactured for China market, because of that Facetime Audio option is not available on my device, how can i solve that please

Where did you buy it?

The Facetime audio is not available in all countries.

The feature is not available on device bought in that country.

You cannot. No way to enable that later on when your iPhone was destined for a specific region / market where FaceTime isn't available.
