Is this message real?

I was using Google and I got this message from Apple Security ( at least it looked like it was from Apple) it said (3) Viruses has been detected on your iPhone and battery has been infected and damaged. If you don’t remove this malware now, it may cause more damage to your device. Here are some screenshots on the message I got. In the 2nd photo if I clicked the download and install I would be taken to the App Store where it wanted me to get a virus protection app. What does this mean and is it real.
