recently installed windows 10 on my 3,1 mac pro without using boot camp reason for that because i don't have the latest OS on hand for the 3,1 so i had no choice but installing windows 10. I just need the sound driver but i can't seem to find it anywhere. Any help would be great.

There are no certified Apple W10 drivers for a 2008 MP. In Windows Device Manager, do you have any unknown devices? If yes, check the PID/VID of the unknown devices. It may be a RealTek driver, that you need.

Switch to macOS, and look under About This Mac -> System Report -> Audio. If you have replaced the stock GPU, it can get confusing.

No. RealTek driver is the most likely.
Edit: Run msinfo32 in Windows and check the Audio information. Is W10 installed in BIOS mode or UEFI?
Can you expand the Audio section of Windows Device Manager and post a screen shot? Also, under View, enable Show Hidden Devices.

Use Windows Snipping Tool. Images larger than 2MB are not going to work.
i don't have a copy of mac OS and i know it isn't a GPU issue cause i never had an issue with my 750ti with this
