Bumping this old post as I am having the same issue as op, have tried everything mentioned in this thread and the other linked one and still have had no success. My problem is exactly the same as op's, I would submit my own pictures but they would essentially be identical to op. Have spent the entire day trying to trouble shoot and really have no idea what to do at this point!

Are you using the standard W10 retail ISO?
Yep, I've gone the process of downloading the iso and then reformatting and recreating my installation USB many times to make sure it wasn't an issue with files being corrupted during download.

My model is a mid 2012 macbook pro, the drive has been replaced with a 250gb SSD.
