If they meet all of the criteria, then yes, you can finance directly through the online Apple Education Store.

All Apple financing is through banks they partner with so you’d have to meet the banks qualifying requirements (minimum age, pass a credit check, etc). Their finance options are term limited zero interest consumer credit loans.
