Can't find the new IPadOS 13.2.3 update. In need of help
I can't update my IPad Air 2 to IPadOS 13.2.3 and I'm currently stuck at IPadOS 13.1.2 since there is no new update in my IPad and it says my version is up to dated. Please I need help.
Before trying anything else - restart your home router (if necessary, switch-off and then restart) - then force restart your iPad. Hopefully this will clear the problem. If not, please let us know.
