Stolen phone
This phone was stolen. How can I make it unusable. I completely reset it before it was stolen. Can I make it so the person that stole it can’t register and use it?

If you've removed the Apple ID during the reset, you've turned off Find My iPhone. Therefore, there is no iCloud Activation Lock and the person can use it without an issue.
Ensure that you contact your carrier to get the IMEI number blacklisted since it was stolen.
