Audio keeps pausing

Hello,


I am using the podcasts app and starting today my audio keeps pausing. Once I resume playing it will play for roughly 45-60 seconds then it will pause again. Is there a fix for this? My iPhone is updated to current and all of my apps are updated. I have used just the phone speaker and my air pods and the pausing keeps happening.

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 13

This was happening to me as well. I restarted my iPhone and the issue seems to be resolved.
